We offer free shipping for orders within the United States and over $200 for limited times
Preferred carrier for shipping:
We only offer UPS or USPS for our orders – these will also appear as options when checking out. If for some reason these do not reach you, please contact us!
Out of STock or Backorder items:
MOTOTECH ENGINEERING is a small design & manufacturing operation consisting of some machinery we own ourselves and a list of third party raw material suppliers and machine shops we use to make our products. At some poin, we may be backordered on some items due to supply chain or contractor delays.
In the event that an item you or your organization ordered is not ready for shipment within 48hours of the placement of that order, we will send you an email with notification of the situation and a projected ship date.

can i view my order:
If you sign up for an account, you are able to view when tracking is added to your order. You can also see the order process when it’s moved from payment completed – completed – packed – shipped, etc.
returns:
We do not offer returns if you do not contact us about a defective product within 72 hours of receipt of your merchandise.

If you have placed an order by mistake or purchased the wrong product, please contact us by email or call and we will provide a solution.
